Preview Terms of Use

These terms cover the private preview only. They're intentionally short — a full commercial agreement gets written when the product leaves preview.

What preview access is
  • A single account, granted by hand, for evaluating the product
  • Provided as-is, with active development and no uptime commitment
  • Revocable at any time, for any reason, without notice
What it isn't
  • No service-level agreement
  • No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • No guarantee any given feature survives into general availability unchanged

You bring them. You own what they cost.

When you connect a model provider or a GPU runtime, you're responsible for that provider's own terms, rate limits, and any cost it charges you directly. Agent Forge does not resell provider capacity and is not a party to your agreement with that provider.

Straightforward.

Don't use the preview to violate law, to attempt to access another account or tenant's data, or to circumvent the approval boundaries the platform puts around higher-risk actions. Access exists at the owner's discretion and can be withdrawn for misuse.

Your inputs and outputs are yours.

What you submit, and what the system produces for you, belongs to you. Agent Forge claims no ownership over either. Questions about these terms go to the same address as everything else.
