Privacy Policy
Agent Forge is operated as a private, owner-only preview. This policy describes what is actually collected today — not what a larger version of this product might collect later. If that changes, this page changes with it.

The access-request form, and nothing else.
Requesting access sends an email with whatever you write in it — there is no database behind the marketing site collecting that information. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) are retained by Cloudflare as part of operating the site, for security and abuse prevention.
Once you have an account.
The application itself — separate from this marketing site — stores what it needs to do its job: your sessions, projects, and files; checkpoints and vector embeddings used for retrieval; decision traces, reviews, and ratings. Structured and learned state lives in MongoDB Atlas; uploads and generated artifacts live in a private cloud storage bucket with no public URL.
Who else touches the data.
Terminates and proxies all traffic to the application. Sees connection metadata for every request.
Hosts the application's structured and learned state.
Whichever providers you connect — only the prompt for a request routed to that provider is sent to it, never your full history.
Ask, and it's handled directly.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists, and deleted when you ask for it to be. There is no fixed expiry clock running in the background during the preview, and nothing is retained after a deletion request beyond what a backup rotation takes to age out.
You can ask for a copy of everything stored about your account, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address below. While the preview is this small, that is a direct conversation with a person rather than a self-service export — which also means you can ask exactly what is held and get a straight answer.
